I love Renate's sweet innocence. She doesn't act like she knows everything. Therefore, she asks the questions that a new person wants to know. I like her soft, feminine demeanor. We don't see that too much anymore.

One of the few Teachers on the current scene who Knows, by direct experience, what it is that he's talking about and conveying to others.Very refreshing to here such a great soul.

I am going through a Kundalini Awakening myself and it's exactly the process he is describing. The energy is clearing me out everyday in this early stage. I just surrender to it and it does the work.

Please notice how Renate's questions were able to draw out a much deeper dialogue from Igor than perhaps Iain in the previous interview. Even though at points she was a little lost, she had a willingness & receptivity which made all the difference to the interview. Igor is a rare diamond in the sense that he has both vast bank of personal experience & scholarly knowledge. It's all about how it is tapped. Thank you to both of you. So fortunate to live in a time where a genuine seeker can seek out such teachings.

This is a great explanation... I wen't through exactly that experience and I did find myself not interested and board with life and humanity. But I have my music, its my big passion. Im a singer so that is what keeps me going...

yes, current understanding is totally primitive. We're an enslaved species just working it out again What an amazing, but terrifying, blessing. Thank you for being a great teacher Igor Kufayev, really grateful

I had a Kundalini Awakening in a seminar with Don Hansen's transformational workshops. I focused on healing feelings as an infant when my mother gave me up for adoption. I did previousely process so much metal and emotional but not the root of emotions. It was a prfound moment yes but one has to realise any type of awakening one should also know a level a stage on one's evolutionary path a constant unfoldment if you think in that moment all is resolved is futile. Hope this is insightful~Peace

Total surrender is possible without Religion and only without it, by surrendering consciousness by crown chakra through third eye chakra and gradually proceeding towards other chakras through the Spinal Column and finally reaching Sacral and base chakra at earth centre, the real source of Life energy and keep folding hands to that direction whole hearted without disturbance as long as possible liberal and willful meditation, which may lead anyone to Universal Brahm Meditation.

You mention buying his book from Amazon - please have a read of this housemansDOTcom/boycottamazon.php
I can only assume you, like myself until recently, are unaware of the unethical practices of Amazon.com . Where possible, it's certainly worth supporting other businesses instead.

With all due respect to Igor a simple explanation will often make a whole lot of sense instead of going off on tangents of verbiosity and Sanskrit terminologies in trying to answer a simple question put simply. For one,we're not all students with teachers where they throw around these Sanskrit labels.
Renate is asking the same question more than once because she's not getting answered directly, and this is frustrating to anyone who really listens to the responses given.
Why do these people feel the need to use words that confuses the issue rather than clarify it ?
If you have listened very carefully to this interview Renate is giving up on trying to illicit a simple explanation in response to a simple question.

Eckhart is easier to understand personally. I think Igor is speaking of the same thing but when he mentions levels it's back to square 1.
